These Product Terms (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TechClass products and services. By using our products, you agree to these Terms, which supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Onboarding Training Platform

Our Onboarding Training Platform helps organizations digitize and streamline employee onboarding.

  • License to Use: Organizations receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for internal training purposes.
  • User Accounts: Each user must have a valid account; sharing of accounts is not permitted.
  • Content Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any training materials they upload to the platform. TechClass is not responsible for user-generated content.
  • Service Availability: We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure uptime and availability, subject to scheduled maintenance.

2. TechClass Training Library™

The TechClass Training Library™ provides ready-to-use, curated training courses across multiple disciplines.

  • Access Rights: Customers may provide access to employees or authorized learners within their organization. Redistribution, resale, or external publication is prohibited.
  • Updates: TechClass may update, add, or remove courses from the Training Library to ensure content remains current, accurate, and relevant.
  • Certificates: Completion certificates are provided for eligible courses and may be used for professional development recognition.

3. TechClass AI

TechClass AI enhances learning with artificial intelligence-powered features.

  • AI-Generated Content: Some features provide automatically generated training materials, suggestions, or assessments. Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before use.
  • Data Use: AI features may require processing of anonymized or aggregated user data to provide insights and personalization. TechClass does not use customer content to train third-party AI models.
  • Limitations: While TechClass AI is designed to improve efficiency, outcomes are not guaranteed. AI tools should complement, not replace, human oversight.

4. Third-Party Services

Some TechClass features may integrate with or rely on third-party services (e.g., analytics, cloud hosting, payment processors).

  • Responsibility: TechClass is not responsible for third-party services or their actions.
  • Terms of Use: Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. We encourage reviewing them carefully.
  • Continuity: Availability of integrations with third-party services is not guaranteed and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

5. Miscellaneous

  • Compliance: Customers must use TechClass products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR, copyright, and employment law.
  • Modifications: TechClass may update these Product Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance.
  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, where TechClass is domiciled.
