Trademark Usage Policy
1. Purpose
This Trademark Usage Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand features owned by TechClass (“TechClass Marks”). The purpose of this Policy is to preserve the distinctiveness, reputation, and integrity of the TechClass Marks, while allowing limited, fair, and accurate reference to them in accordance with applicable law.
2. Ownership of Trademarks
2.1. All rights, title, and interest in and to the TechClass Marks are the exclusive property of TechClass. Use of the TechClass Marks under this Policy does not confer any ownership rights or interest in such Marks. Absence of a mark from the list below does not constitute a waiver of TechClass’s rights.
2.2. The following TechClass Marks are currently registered or claimed:
- The TechClass (t) logo (Registered in Finland; broader registration pending).
- TechClass Digital Academy™.
- TechClass LMS™.
- TechLMS™.
- TechClass Training Library™.
- Training Designer™.
- TechClass AI™.
3. Permitted Use
You may make factual, descriptive references to TechClass Marks under the following conditions:
- Trademarks may only be used in plain text, not in stylized or logo form.
- The TechClass Marks must be less prominent than your own branding.
- You must not suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation by TechClass without prior written authorization.
Example (Permitted): “Offering onboarding content via the TechClass LMS.”
4. Prohibited Use
Except as expressly permitted by this Policy or prior written consent from TechClass, you must not:
- Incorporate TechClass Marks into your company name, product name, service name, domain name, social media handle, or logo.
- Alter, distort, animate, recolor, or otherwise modify TechClass Marks.
- Use outdated, superseded, or retired versions of TechClass Marks.
- Imply endorsement, certification, partnership, or affiliation (e.g., “Official TechClass Partner”) without written authorization.
- Use TechClass Marks in a disparaging, defamatory, or misleading context.
5. Advertising and Marketing
You may reference TechClass Marks in marketing or advertising, provided that:
- The reference is truthful and not misleading.
- A disclaimer is included, stating:
“This content is independent of TechClass and is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with TechClass.”
Example (Permitted): “We deliver workplace training using TechClass LMS.”
Example (Prohibited): “Official TechClass Training Provider.”
6. Request for Permission
Any use of TechClass Marks outside the scope of this Policy requires prior written approval. Requests must be submitted to:

TechClass reserves the right to approve or deny requests in its sole discretion.
7. Reporting Misuse
If you become aware of unauthorized or improper use of TechClass Marks, you must report it promptly to:

8. Reservation of Rights
TechClass expressly reserves all rights not expressly granted herein. Nothing in this Policy shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any TechClass Mark except as specifically authorized.
9. Termination of Rights
TechClass may revoke permission to use its Marks at any time, for any reason or no reason, upon written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the TechClass Marks.
10. Enforcement
Unauthorized use of TechClass Marks constitutes trademark infringement and unfair competition under applicable law. TechClass reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.
11. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Policy Updates
TechClass reserves the right to revise this Policy from time to time. Updates will take effect upon posting to the TechClass website, unless otherwise specified.
