This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of all services, platforms, websites, applications, and related offerings provided by TechClass (collectively, the “Services”). This AUP is incorporated by reference into the applicable agreement governing the use of the Services. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in such agreement.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Any violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services, removal of content, and/or legal action.
You shall not use the Services to engage in, promote, or facilitate any unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable activity, including but not limited to:
1.1.1 Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law, regulation, or order.
1.1.2 Creating, transmitting, or distributing defamatory, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, exploitative, or otherwise offensive material.
1.1.3 Uploading, distributing, or promoting sexually explicit or pornographic content, or content that exploits minors.
1.1.4 Disseminating material that promotes violence, hate speech, terrorism, or extremist ideology.
1.1.5 Transmitting malware, viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious code.
You shall not attempt to compromise the integrity, confidentiality, or availability of the Services, including by:
1.2.1 Accessing accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
1.2.2 Circumventing or attempting to defeat authentication, encryption, or security measures.
1.2.3 Testing, probing, or scanning system vulnerabilities without prior written consent from TechClass.
1.2.4 Interfering with or disrupting the normal functioning of the Services or any third-party system.
You shall not engage in conduct that adversely impacts network or system performance, including:
1.3.1 Initiating denial-of-service (“DoS”) or distributed denial-of-service (“DDoS”) attacks.
1.3.2 Overloading, flooding, or otherwise impairing networks or servers.
1.3.3 Using automated tools (including bots, crawlers, or scrapers) that disrupt or degrade system operations.
1.3.4 Monitoring or intercepting data without authorization.
You shall not use the Services to facilitate unsolicited or abusive communications, including:
1.4.1 Sending spam, bulk, or commercial messages without proper authorization.
1.4.2 Using misleading, forged, or falsified headers or message identifiers.
1.4.3 Harvesting or collecting personal data, including email addresses, without consent.
2.1 You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content, training materials, media, and other data uploaded or distributed via the Services comply with applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2.2 You shall not upload, publish, or distribute content for which you do not have sufficient rights or licenses.
2.3 Misrepresentation of content ownership is strictly prohibited.
2.4 Organizations remain solely responsible for resolving any disputes relating to intellectual property rights or licensing.
3.1 You are responsible for the conduct of your employees, contractors, agents, and end users when accessing the Services.
3.2 You shall ensure that such users comply with this AUP at all times.
3.3 Any breach of this AUP by your users shall be deemed a breach by you.
4.1 You shall not use the Services in violation of applicable export control, trade, or economic sanctions laws and regulations.
4.2 You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to applicable trade sanctions.
5.1 You shall not use the Services to collect, process, or transmit personal data in violation of applicable data protection or privacy laws (including but not limited to GDPR and CCPA).
5.2 You are solely responsible for obtaining all required consents and authorizations before collecting or processing personal data via the Services.
6.1 TechClass reserves the right, but not the obligation, to investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
6.2 TechClass may remove, disable, or modify content deemed to violate this AUP or applicable law.
6.3 TechClass may suspend or terminate user access to the Services for repeated or egregious violations.
6.4 TechClass may cooperate with law enforcement authorities, regulators, or third parties in investigating illegal or unauthorized conduct.
7.1 Suspected violations of this AUP should be reported to abuse@techclass.com.
7.2 Reports must include:
A description of the alleged violation.
The location or content in question.
Any relevant supporting evidence.
8.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TechClass, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
8.1.1 Your violation of this AUP; or
8.1.2 The activities of your employees, contractors, agents, or end users in relation to the Services.
9.1 TechClass reserves all rights not expressly granted in this AUP or the governing agreement.9.2 TechClass may update this AUP at its sole discretion to reflect changes in law, regulation, or business practices.9.3 Updates shall be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
