At TechClass, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our customers, partners, and users to do the same. This Intellectual Property Policy explains how intellectual property is treated within the TechClass platform and the responsibilities of organizations using our services.

1. Ownership of Content

Organizations using TechClass may upload, create, or distribute training materials—including text, video, images, and other educational content—for their users.

  • The organization (or its licensors) retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in the training content it creates or uploads.
  • TechClass does not claim ownership of customer-provided content.
  • By using the platform, the organization grants TechClass a limited license to host, display, and deliver the content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

2. Responsibility for Content

Each organization is fully responsible for ensuring that the content it uploads or distributes through the TechClass platform:

  • Does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties.
  • Complies with all applicable intellectual property laws and regulations.
  • Is properly licensed if using third-party works (including images, videos, or other training resources).

TechClass is not liable for any copyright infringement or misuse of intellectual property arising from customer-provided content.

3. Reporting Infringements

If you believe that content hosted on the TechClass platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at:
copyright@techclass.com

Your report should include:

  • A description of the copyrighted work or trademark that you believe has been infringed.
  • The location of the allegedly infringing material on the TechClass platform.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you have provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.

4. TechClass Response to Infringement Notices

Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, TechClass may:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • Notify the organization responsible for the content.
  • Where appropriate, suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

5. Misuse of Policy

Knowingly submitting false or misleading claims of infringement is prohibited and may result in liability.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Intellectual Property Policy from time to time. The updated version will always be available on our website with a “last updated” date.
