Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes actions that are prohibited when using TechClass services, websites, and applications (collectively, the “Services”). This policy is designed to protect the integrity, reliability, and security of the TechClass platform for all organizations, instructors, and learners.

1. No Illegal, Harmful, or Offensive Use or Content

You may not use the Services to engage in, promote, or encourage illegal, harmful, or offensive activity. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Violating any applicable law or regulation.
  • Sharing content that is defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Uploading, distributing, or promoting sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative content.
  • Transmitting viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
  • Promoting violence, harassment, or hate speech.

2. No Security Violations

You may not use the Services to violate the security or integrity of any network, computer, or communications system. Prohibited activities include:

  • Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Interfering with or disrupting any network, host, or user.
  • Testing the vulnerability of the Services without prior written approval from TechClass.
  • Circumventing authentication or security measures.

3. No Network Abuse

You may not make network connections in a manner that abuses the Services or negatively impacts others’ use. Examples include:

  • Launching denial of service (DoS) attacks.
  • Intentionally overloading or flooding networks.
  • Interfering with proper functioning of any system.
  • Monitoring or crawling the Services in a way that disrupts normal operations.

4. No Email or Other Message Abuse

You may not use the Services to distribute spam or other unwanted communications. Prohibited activities include:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial messages.
  • Altering or falsifying message headers.
  • Harvesting or collecting email addresses without consent.

5. Intellectual Property

Organizations are responsible for ensuring that any training materials, documents, media, or other content uploaded to the TechClass platform comply with copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Do not upload or distribute content you do not own or have rights to.
  • Do not misrepresent ownership of content.
  • Organizations are solely responsible for resolving copyright or licensing disputes relating to their content.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

TechClass reserves the right to:

  • Investigate violations of this AUP or misuse of the Services.
  • Remove, disable, or modify content that violates this AUP.
  • Suspend or terminate access to the Services for repeated or severe violations.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement where required.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please notify us immediately at abuse@techclass.com. Reports should include:

  • The nature of the violation.
  • Where the content or activity was observed.
  • Any relevant supporting information.

8. Changes to This Policy

TechClass may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time to reflect changes in law, regulation, or our Services. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
