Agent Design Lab: Design and Supervise an Agent for Your Own Process
Applies Agentic AI at Work
- For
- Process owners, team leads and AI champions
- You leave with
- An agent design per team: its job, permissions, and test and monitoring plan
Live workshops led by practitioners, each one applying a TechClass Skills course to your team's own processes, incidents and projects.

Slide decks don't change behavior; practice does. A TechClass workshop takes what your team learned in a Skills course and puts it to work on your own cases, guided by a facilitator with first-hand experience, in one focused half-day.
Training has to change what people do, not only what they know. A half-day of practice with an expert is how skills stick.
Questions get answered as they come up, and decisions get made together, not on a forum thread three days later.
A scoping call before the day brings your own processes, incidents, features or projects into the exercises.
Each workshop is the application layer of one Skills course. Take the course first, then bring what you learned to the room.
Every workshop ends with an output: an agent design, a fix list, a working agreement, a plan. Participants leave with theirs.
Every workshop is a half-day on one topic, a morning or an afternoon in your time zone. One slot to book, one thing to prepare.
Within a week you receive attendance, feedback, what participants produced and the agreed next step. Only what was measured.
Each workshop is the live, hands-on application of one TechClass Skills course. Take the course first, then bring your own cases to the room.

The same half-day, the same agenda. Pick the delivery that fits the group.
For teams anywhere in Europe and the USA. A facilitator runs the workshop and a producer runs the breakout rooms, the chat and the tech, so the group only has to show up.
Finland and the Helsinki region first, the rest of Europe on request. The facilitator comes to you; there is no venue to book. Travel is charged at cost.
Sound familiar?
Self-paced learning explains the how. Without a room, a case and a deadline, few people ever try it on their own work.
A slide deck with a Q&A at the end is a webinar. We run those for free. A workshop is mostly practice, or it is not a workshop.
Exercises built for an average company fit no one. A scoping call before the day puts your own processes, incidents and projects on the table.
HR and L&D teams rarely have the bandwidth to build and run workshops. TechClass brings the facilitator, the kit and the platform, so you don’t have to.
That's the gap a half-day of practice with an expert is built to close.
A half-day on one topic, for one group. The quickest way to try the format.
Several workshops for the same group, planned in one scoping call and run on separate days: one a week, or up to five in a week for a cohort.
The Skills course first, self-paced, then its workshop to apply it. The package that makes a workshop measurable.
Custom workshops, on a topic or length outside the catalog, are scoped and quoted case by case. Ask us.
Pre-work before the day, attendance on the day, certificates and a report after it. That is what keeps a workshop tied to the rest of your training.
A team, a leadership group or a department applies one Skills course to its own work, with an expert, in a half-day.
The same workshops serve continuous learning programs: a cohort works on case material, and the institution stays responsible for its program and any credit.
Inquiry, a scoping call, a proposal with the date, the facilitator and the price, then the half-day itself. Workshops pair naturally with the Skills courses: the course first, the workshop to apply it.
Three and a half hours, including breaks: a morning from 9:00 to 12:30 or an afternoon from 13:00 to 16:30, in your time zone. Every workshop covers one topic. If you want several topics, they run on separate days.
Yes. Three to four weeks before the day we hold a 30-minute scoping call about your goals, your group and its own cases, and the facilitator adapts the exercises to them. The topic and the length stay the same. A workshop on a topic outside the catalog is scoped and quoted separately.
In a blended program, yes: the Skills course is the pre-work, and the workshop applies it. For a standalone workshop, participants take a short Essentials course on the same subject one to two weeks before. Essentials courses are included with every TechClass license.
Up to 20 participants with one facilitator, and 21 to 30 with a second facilitator. Above 30 it is no longer a workshop; talk to us about a program instead.
Yes. Participants who attended and completed the exercise receive a certificate, recorded on the TechClass platform alongside their other training.
Within a week, an impact report: attendance, feedback, what participants produced, and the agreed next step. It reports only what was measured.
English or Finnish, as you choose. The agenda is the same in both.
Workshops are priced per workshop for up to 20 participants, with a fee for each extra participant up to 30, and quoted on inquiry. In person adds travel at cost. There are no design fees: adapting the exercises to your cases is part of every workshop.
Pre-work, attendance, certificates and feedback run on the TechClass platform. Not a customer yet? Tell us when you get in touch and we will look at the options for your group.
Pick a workshop, tell us about the group, and we'll come back with a date, a facilitator and a price.
