The Business plan is priced per user, for teams of 10 to 200: you buy one license for each active user, and one license equals one active user across any portal. Each license costs €6 ($7.50) per month on an annual contract, or €8 ($10) per month on a monthly contract. For 200+ users, Enterprise offers volume pricing on an annual contract. Talk to sales.

Annual billing gives you three months free: €6 ($7.50) per user per month, compared with €8 ($10) on monthly billing. It also means one invoice a year.
Every license includes the Course Library's Essentials: brief courses in AI, compliance, cybersecurity and productivity, ready to assign. Skills courses go deeper, for the people who need them. They're licensed per learner and quoted on request, and a license isn't tied to one course: use it for whichever Skills course a learner needs.
AI credits power the AI Tutor and Admin AI Tools across courses, playbooks, and analytics. Your subscription includes a daily refill, and you can purchase additional credit packs anytime. Track usage in the AI Usage Dashboard.
