About this course

This course explains how to handle company information according to how sensitive it is. It covers classifying data, sharing and storing it safely, using cloud apps and personal devices, keeping devices and documents secure in the office, and disposing of data and equipment properly. It’s written for every employee and built around everyday scenarios.

Company data often leaks through everyday habits rather than hacking: a file shared with “anyone with the link”, a document saved to a personal cloud account, a laptop left unlocked, or old papers thrown in the bin. People usually don’t know how sensitive the information is or which tools are approved. The result can be lost client trust, broken contract terms and failed security reviews by customers and insurers.
