About this course
This course covers the everyday judgment calls that come with using AI at work: checking what AI produces before relying on it, being open about when AI helped, recognizing when an answer may be unfair or biased, and knowing what the organization’s AI policy and the law expect. It’s written for every employee, in plain language, and built around situations people actually meet.
AI tools are spreading faster than the rules around them. Employees are unsure whether to mention that AI helped, whether an AI suggestion about a person can be trusted, or what the policy even allows, so some take risks without realizing it and others avoid AI altogether. Without a shared understanding, organizations end up with inconsistent practice, unchecked output and decisions about people that nobody can explain.
