About this course
This course teaches what psychological safety is and what it is not, why it is built or lost in the few seconds after someone speaks, and the everyday moves that keep it: asking the held-back question, saying a work mistake early with what you have done and need, raising a concern as an observation and a question, replying so that a colleague speaks up again, disagreeing with reasons while leaving the decision to whoever owns it, and putting a problem nobody names on the table with the colleagues who can fix it. It’s written for every employee and includes practice.
In many workplaces a question goes unasked, a mistake waits until someone finds it, and a concern is dropped after one sigh. The course is peer to peer, not a management program: it stays with everyday work and leaves misconduct, formal processes and decisions about people to your organization’s own channels and policies.
